Three import things to remember regarding the processing of external data:
1) For external data there is a surcharge to cover the time taken to get the data in a format that our pipeline will handle. The amount depends on each project and how complex the work is to format the data. There is no way to estimate this before hand.
2) We _DO NOT_ archive external data. We keep a temporary copy will processing but then delete it. You need to preserve/archive the data yourself.
3) You need to get the data to us in some way. The analysis can not start until we have all the data and it has been formatted for our systems.
