Core develops new pipeline for spatial single cell proteomic analysis
Core staff members Caitlin Jones and Mono Pirun and core alumni Zheng Zeng have been working on a new analysis project to analyze spatial single cell multiplex proteomic data in collaboration with the Ingo Mellinghoff and Travis Hollmann labs. This ongoing collaboration has resulted in our first manuscript in Cancer Immunology Research entitled: Tumor MHC Class I Expression Associates with Intralesional IL2 Response in Melanoma.
