Tri-I Bioinformatics and Computational Workshops
Hands-on practical workshops on various bioinformatics and genomics topics are provided to all Tri-Institutional and Clinical Translational Science Center faculty, staff and students. These workshops occur at least twice a year, and are a collaborative effort between Weill Cornell Medical Center (the Institute for Computational Biomedicine and the Microarray Facility) and Memorial Sloan Kettering (Bioinformatics Core and Genomics Core Lab).

Looking to enhance your bioinformatics and programming skills? The Bioinformatics Core is here to help! Our weekly Walk-in Clinics are open to the Tri-Institutional community, providing an opportunity for you to gain insights and get your questions answered by our expert team.
Our team members have extensive experience in a range of areas, including bioinformatics, software engineering, programming, and data visualization. Whether you’re working with next-generation sequencing, structural data, or pathway datasets, we have the proficiency to guide you in your analysis.
We work with a variety of programming and scripting languages, including R, Python, Java, and Perl, and have extensive experience in high-performance computing environments, enabling us to distribute computational tasks efficiently. We can also create data-driven scientific graphics that effectively communicate complex results and ideas.
