Services

The Bioinformatics Core provides bioinformatic, statistical and computational support to MSK investigators, including fee-based bioinformatics consultations, research, development and operation of high throughput pipelines, software resources and training in bioinformatics methods and tools. A partial listing of some of the services offered: Scientific Consultation, Next-generation Sequence Analysis (RNASEQ, exome, whole genome, and ChIPseq), Microarray Analysis, Custom Analysis Pipelines, Information Management Systems, Custom Application Programming, Database Management.
